What happens after I submit an estimate request?
A team member reviews the request, confirms the service area and project fit, and reaches out to schedule the on-site walkthrough. You will know what happens next at every stage.
What happens during the walkthrough?
The estimator inspects the space, documents surfaces and conditions, talks through your goals, and clarifies what should be included. That is what makes the written proposal accurate.
What does the written proposal include?
The scope of work, the surfaces included, the preparation plan, the products being applied, and the price. If it is not in writing, you should not have to wonder about it.
Can the scope change after the proposal?
If you want to add or adjust work, changes are documented and approved before they happen. No surprise line items at the end.
How do I know what is happening during production?
You get proactive updates. You will know when the crew arrives, what stage the work is in, and what decisions remain, without having to chase anyone.
What is the final walkthrough?
