Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb counties, with crews who know the housing.
From 1920s brick colonials to lakefront contemporaries to new construction, the preparation changes with the house. The standard does not.
Communities we serve.
Each page covers the housing, the surfaces we see most, and what that means for scoping a project there.
The house changes. The process does not.
A Huntington Woods Tudor with original plaster, a West Bloomfield lakefront with cedar taking weather from three sides, and a new build in Oakland Township with builder-grade drywall are three different preparation problems. The walkthrough scopes each for what it is. The written proposal, the protection plan, the products by line, and the final walkthrough are the same in every one.

Questions homeowners ask
Do you charge differently by city?
No. The proposal is driven by the surfaces, condition, and scope of your project, not the zip code.
What if my community is not listed?
Ask. The list reflects where we run the most active scope, and we regularly work in the communities around it.
Why these communities?
They are where finish work is treated as an investment, where the housing ranges from century-old plaster and millwork to lakefront contemporaries, and where the preparation discipline we are built on matters most.
Do you work on historic or older homes?
Yes. Pre-1978 homes are handled under lead-safe practices when surfaces are disturbed, and plaster and original millwork are scoped for what they are.
Start with a walkthrough, not a sales pitch.
Tell us what you are considering. We will confirm the fit, schedule a walkthrough, and put the whole project in writing before anything is scheduled.
