Why not just use an epoxy kit from the hardware store?
Kit floors are usually applied over acid-etched or barely cleaned concrete with a thin, UV-sensitive coating. They tend to peel at hot-tire spots and yellow in sunlight. A professional floor starts with diamond grinding and uses a system built for a garage, which is where the difference in longevity comes from.
What is the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?

How soon can I park on the floor?
Foot traffic typically returns within a day and vehicles within a few days depending on the system and conditions. Your proposal states return-to-service timing for the specific system installed.
Will it handle Michigan road salt and snowmelt?
Yes. A properly installed system resists salt, chemicals, and moisture from snowmelt, and cleans with a hose or squeegee. Salt sitting on bare or kit-coated concrete is exactly what a professional floor protects against.
Can you coat a floor that has cracks or old coatings?
