The warranty describes the actual work sold.
Coverage lives in your written proposal, where it is specific and enforceable: the covered workmanship, the installed system, the coverage period, homeowner care requirements, exclusions, and how a claim is inspected and handled.

Does Saje warranty its work?
Yes. Coverage is written into your proposal where it is enforceable, not implied in marketing copy. Your proposal states what is covered and how to reach us if something needs attention.
What does the warranty cover?
Workmanship and the installed system as described in your proposal. Because coverage depends on the surfaces and products involved, the written proposal is always the authoritative document.
What is not covered?
Conditions outside the work itself, such as structural movement, moisture intrusion, or damage from impact or chemicals, are outlined in your proposal so expectations are clear on both sides.
How do I care for freshly painted surfaces?
Care guidance is handed off at closeout for your specific finishes: cure time, cleaning method, touch-up storage, and sheen-specific care.
How do I care for a coated garage floor?
Return-to-service timing, cleaning products, mats, and chemical precautions are covered at closeout. Day to day, a coated floor cleans up with a hose, a squeegee, or a soft broom.
What if I notice an issue after the project is done?
Contact us. The closeout handoff includes exactly how to reach us, and reported issues are inspected and addressed under the terms written in your proposal.
